We here in Northern California never have a happy medium.
It's either Drought or monsoons...
I sure hope that all the rain we have been experiencing will not deter
the wonderful bees.
It seems the timing for pollenating gets washed away by the rain.
I guess when its fruit time we will have our answer.
Don't forget to enlarge the photo.
You can see all that beautiful pollen on this bee.
Thanks for stopping by.

Bees are terribly important for mankind's survival.
More beautiful photography, Sue. I think of Linda and her Bee Business back in Texas. Yes Bees are really important, and that honey taste so good.
What a horrible world we'd have without them!

That was breathtaking.
beautiful flower and lovely bee covered in pollen. our drought has caused extended allergies and they are HIGH level pollens because no rain to wash away. every time i sweep the porch or deck i start to hack and cough, so hard i almost throw up from it. still praying for a MINI monsoon.
That photo is exquisite!!!
Although I truly am not a fan of bees, I am fully aware of the amazing job that God has given them to do.
We had a yard full of bees when the boxes were in the apple orchards. I loved taking bee pictures. They're so cool!
Hope the bees have a successful year there!
Yes we do need these little guys and I welcome them in our yard every day.
That is a great shot of the bee!
