A NEW WEEK A NEW YEAR

This is my project for the day.

Its taking so long to deconstruct Christmas this year.

The sniffles have invaded our home and the energy has disappeared.

Everything looks so dull on this gray and blustery day.

I guess it's a good thing to do.

Onward and Upward...

Achooo

Happy Monday

I bet this looks like so many other homes right now. They say that the new covid strain has symptoms exactly like a cold; maybe a test?

Hope you kick those sniffles to the curb real soon. It's always mire fun to set up the Christmas tree than to take it down.

Hope you are free of the cold soon. We, too, are in the dismantling process. Actually Walter is working on that project in short spurts. The energy is not what it used to be. My job is to stay out of the way! This comes with a prayer for good health and joyful days for you both in 2022.

We did ours on Sunday afternoon. I always feel sad for a few hours afterwards.

glad it is the sniffles and not the dreaded virus. I took my things down yesterday but left the 18 inch tree in the nook. we both decided we like to look at it, it is now our winter tree and winter weather of 49 degrees is here this morning

I finally finished taking everything down yesterday. I didn't have the patience or motivation to do it all in one day....like I used to! The house "seems" cleaner with it all packed away. Thanks for linking up.

Luckily my daughter was here to help with that job. Hope you recover soon and that it is not the dreaded Omicron.

Always fun to put out decorations, but WORK tearing it down.

I'm back from my blogging break and posting again. Happy 2022!
