IN MEMORY
Four years ago today a hero passed away.
Louie Zamperini was an amazing man that had a book entitled UNBROKEN by Laura Hildebrand,
written about his life and a movie also made of his amazing life.
Our son Steve had the honor of photographing him when he spoke at our church.
Louie passed away at the age of 97.
He was an inspirational man, a POW, a war hero, an Olympic athlete.
He was most definitely an Ambassador for God.

a pefect tribute to him and a great shot that says joyful even at his age.
we have heard the owls for years and seen them 3 times, but always at night, and in the dark, no details just their outline as they sat or flew...nearly died of joy seeing him/her in the daytime... we have raccoons, possums, squirrels, lizards, frogs and snakes but no deer
What a special man. I read the book for the first time at Tahoe years ago. Then we saw the movie. I could hardly read some of the book, as no movie can portray what he really went through. What a testimony. Love the photo.
