THANKFUL THURSDAY

 Thankful Thursday

and

The Rest of the Story ...

I am so thankful for the promises of this scripture verse.

Very thankful for answers to our prayers.  A financial burden was lightened this past week.  We are so grateful for the right people giving us information and how we could follow through.  I can't go into detail on this public forum but God promised and we are good for another year medically.

And now on to "The Rest of the Story from my Wordless Wednesday.

I'm glad you enjoyed my little creatures among the flowers.

I captured this scene at the High Sierra Iris Farm a few years ago.

Since we are coming up on Halloween I thought this would be a fitting post.

Maybe they want me to take them to our leader, or they just landed and wanted to enjoy all the different varieties of Iris surrounding them!

I know we sure did.

I have never seen so many different kinds of Iris Ever !

Thanks for stopping by ...

Always be Grateful

Always be Kind ...

Great things to be thankful for. Today I was thankful that my headache, neck pain and wonky eyes went away. Loved your Wordless Wednesday.

How wonderful, Sue! I never heard that song until a few years ago, but it has become one of my favorites. God is so good!

First of all, I love that rose with the Isaiah verse. It's so pretty drooping like that. It's wonderful that you got some financial relief. That's always so special, especially when we need it the most. And thanks for sharing the rest of the mystery on your photo. It's a fun picture!

Love the verse/photo, and Standing on the Promises is such a great hymn! But, you cannot sing "Standing on the Promises" while "sitting on the premises", so you have to stand up to sing that one! How many times have I heard that saying from the song leader when introducing that hymn to sing??? Anyway, I am thankful for your answers to prayers and the ways God has blessed you! Praise God. And I love the little aliens in the garden, whatever they are!! Have a blessed and wonderful weekend.

Of course, Sue, there is no need to share personal details but good to read that a burden has been eased. This must really have set your minds at ease. Thanks for sharing the good news.
