Happy First of October. I am so thankful for another month to arrive.

No, he isn't real.
A few years ago Hubby and I were scoping out some fall colors in the Eastern Sierras. We were in Hope Valley and stopped at the Sorenson Resort (known for fantastic vistas and golden leaves in every direction.
Walking around the area I spied a bear climbing a tree. Upon further inspection we saw that it was a wire structure covered in moss.
Pretty realistic from afar. I thought it was a perfect Wordless Wednesday photo.
