GOOD NEWS

First of all, Thank You so much for all of the sweet comments on my last several blog posts.  I truly appreciate them and love all of you.

Now to say ... Good News ...

Dave ordered my certified Marriage Certificate from Vital Statistics last Friday and it arrived in the mail on Monday !!!

We went to DMV yesterday and everything was approved.  I had the nicest lady doing all the "official" stuff and it took no time at all.

Now I am all legal and I can keep my married name ...  HaHa ... After 61 years I think its a Keeper.  ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜„

I'm so glad that I can move my brain on to other things.

So my Wednesday Wisdom for today is:

Always be Grateful

Always be Kind

Beautiful flowers!

I am glad you said something about this issue at the DMV. I go in June to update mine and I am going to be sure to have all my paperwork right. I think last time I just showed up with my old driver's license, but that was a long time ago.

This is Great News. Happy that you have this worry taken care of. I am thankful that you were able to get a lady that could help you with no problems at all..sometimes it really does matter what clerk you get to help you. You got the right one! Such a beautiful rose..I love the mixture of colors. We've had rain here today and now the sun is shining brightly,...yay for all the flowers.

That’s good. I’ll probably do it sometime in June. I can still fly within the US with my military dependent ID - it would be overseas.Honestly, I don’t see us traveling outside the country so I don’t see the rush.

And I do love that rose! I've never seen one quite like it before. Does it smell as sweet as it looks? Anyway, so happy for the good news! Hooray! You should go out and celebrate your marriage! LOL>

Good news in reading that all is sorted out, Sue, but what a hassle to go through for you and Dave. The blooms are lovely.

That top photo of the flower is so beautiful.
I'm confused about the name, though. Why did you need a certified married certificate? Had you not been using your married name? It's probably in one of your posts that I missed.
