I went out in our backyard a few minutes ago.
I wanted to get up close and personal to see how the Almond Buds were doing.
They are so ready to burst. If we can get a few days of sunshine they will do their thing !! Hopefully before the next rains are predicted for Wednesday and Thursday.

they are gorgeous! can't wait to see them open, your tree is so beautiful when the whole thing is in blooms. watching blooms unfold is a favorite of my things to do.. our bee tree, the powder puff has over 250 blooms on it now
Wonderful photos. This reminds me of the pear tree I used to have in my back yard. I hated the tree except for in the spring when it was covered in beautiful blossoms.
How beautiful they are! I have buds on my flowering pear tree! Too soon?
