GOOD MORNING!

I sure don't know how the weeks keep getting faster .

It seems it was just the weekend, and now its here again.

Yesterday was a good day for us.

We gathered some money together and went out for brunch.  Nice to just have a date with no worries looming over our heads.

When we came home Dave and I had a long visit via phone with some friends we have known for about 50 years.  Dave used to be Clyde's boss at Sears but the relationship went so far beyond that.  As couples we developed deep friendships.  They have moved to Colorado but we still keep in touch.  I sure wish they lived closer.

Its another day of sunshine and no rain in the forecast.  We do need that wet stuff but since I am going to my caregiving duty in a few...I am glad it isn't gloomy.

Hope your weekend is great too.

It is unreal how fast the days and weeks pass by. Keeps my head spinning. No rain in the 10 day forecast yet. It’s a good opportunity to get some things done in the yard. Since I am way north of you, I’m confident we’ll get some rain. Usually February and March are our biggest rainfall months. We’re still looking good though.

I think we’re having chick fil a for dinner tonight before going to the temple for Erev Shabbat.

Did you hear about the Recall Newsom?

I smiled at how co-workers can become life long friends. That is so special.

Yes, to those special co-workers. What a blessing, both to your Dave and Clyde. Debra in Abilene and I don't communicate as often as we once did, but she's always be a special touchstone in my life.
I hope your afternoon passes quickly with little stress. Hugs!

That is awesome that you have remained friends even though they live so far away.
Love the meme about coffee.

Yes, my dear Sue...time is at warp speed! We are doing good, lots of sunshine, and no wind here! A lunch date is special. Don had a doctor appointment yesterday and there was a Marie Calendar's across the street, so we did the same. Eating out getting so expensive, but sometimes you just the the gettaway. I love getting food giftcards for Christmas rather than a gift I wont use or need..HaHa Our family obliged...One for Olive Garden, and one for Lazy Dog. Saving them for a special day!!!
