NOT TOO MUCH TO SAY ....

Well, I really don't have too much to say or share today.

I just thought I would tell you that we are plugging along.

Life continues to move forward and we are so grateful for our family and friends.

I got a lovely snail mail letter from my dear friend Saturday.

That was really the frosting on the cake.  Love the closeness of the written word.

We are going into another week of triple digit temperatures.

Today its suppose to be 105F.  The house really never has a chance to cool down.

Trying to get outside before it gets too toasty and pull a few weeds and give the trees a drink.

This photo really doesn't have anything to do with anything.  I just like it and maybe it is just a window on MY world.

Photo taken at my granddaughter's work.  She works for a Las Vegas hotel.

She was showing us around and I snapped this one of the view in the lounge.

Hope you all have a great week, as we come to the close of July.

Where in the world did this month go?

Remember:

Always be Thankful

Always be Kind

I loved the bottles, too....and that blue sky. I guess we are blessed that we can plug along! That is what I feel like I do.

I can see why this photo is favored. It's a lovely view. I like the different shaped bottles and colors with the blue sky. Nice.
When I do my prayer walk every morning you're on the list. I pray for financial security, justice for those who where so mean to steal, and that there be healing hearts all around. God's got this, "As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, to bring it about that many people should be kept alive, as they are today." [Genesis 5:20 NIV]
Y'all stay cool and keep looking up. Jesus is still in control. It'll get better. 💙

So do you have a/c - you said your house never really cools down - that would be hard.
I like the photo too - she seems to have a really nice place to work at!

I LOVE that photo, too!
It is cooler in Texas this week and I am profoundly grateful! Cooler temps and RAIN to boot! Many of the goats and their babies came up to our place when it stormed earlier today. They all stayed a few hours between the trucks under the carport! I am inside the camper doing our bills and catching up on my friends. Love you, Sue! I can hear Louis Dean out there and it sounds like he's moving furniture - so I am off to check it out!

Sue, its amazing how fast the days go. Each day seems to pass by at a normal pace but the weeks themselves ..it's shocking. Every time Mike says do you have any trash downstairs that needs to go out because it's Thursday I am shocked. It's like every four days.

Anyway, nice photo - I haven't visited Vegas in years. In my younger days i like to play the slots and for a long time I have realized I'm just giving money away so I don't do that anymore.

Yes the heat...we aren't as hot as you but it feels hotter than I want because our Swamper went out. We have a high wood beam ceiling upstairs so it gets really hot.

stay cool..

Great image! Methinks that hotel's marketing department should pay you for the rights to that photo in their advertising campaign.
It's been a wee bit cooler here lately on account of all the rain. But of course, that means more humidity. (*sigh*) Once the temperature drops below my age, I'm going to be a happy camper!

PS - "Newsy" or not, I always get a smile to 'see' your face on my monitor.

Those are some unusual shaped bottles. How are you coming along with your financial disaster??

Wonderful photo! Very interesting composition! Sometimes it's good to just have an ordinary day and nothing all that special to say except to say here I am, life is good and God is taking care of us! What could be better than that? Stay cool, my friend. We saw 96 today, which is plenty hot for us here in Florida with the high humidity. Looking forward to FALL!

Hello everyone. Am here to testify how I got my loan from Mr. Pedro after I applied several times from various loan lenders who promised to help, but they never gave me the loan. Until a friend of mine introduced me to Mr. Pedro, Jerome promised to help me and indeed he did as he promised without any form of delay. I never thought there are still reliable loan lenders until I met Mr. Pedro, who indeed helped with the loan and changed my belief. I don't know if you are in any way in need of a genuine and urgent loan, be free to contact Mr. Pedro via WhatsApp +393510140339 and his email: pedroloanss@gmail.com, thank you.
