We seem to be having a bumper crop of Santa Rosa plums this year.
I even managed to get out and pick some and culled a lot that had fallen on the ground.
They are soooo juicy and sweet.
I'm going to be making some kuchen in the coming days.
Yummm....
Have a great weekend..

I love plums, if you have them, it means walmart will soon. woo hooo
They look gorgeous and juicy.
So many great ways to use plums! Lucky you.
I love plums!!! When were in Canada in 2018, our friends had a walnut tree in their backyard dropping nuts right and left! AND they had a plum tree in their front yard dropping plums all over the place.
We ate as many as we could but due to the rules, we couldn't bring any back with us to the USA!
I have a good memory of my Granny making plum jelly one hot summer day in 1955....
Yum! They look delicious.
Oh i love plums. Lucky you. I know this is probably hard to believe but I discovered we had a plum tree that I didn't know we had as we hadn't planted it - probably the owners before us. So one summer I see plums hanging off and i start enjoying them so much. The next year I go out looking for the plums and in the same area, the same tree it was simply peaches. I can't figure it out.
Lucky you. They look yummy.
What other fruit trees do you have?
