Here's to my hard working , kind and gentle spirited Mom.
She has been gone 26 years and there are so many times I would love to just give her a phone call and catch up on things.

So good to see your Mom! She looks like a strong and kind lady.
Your post today captured my thoughts on this Mother's Day perfectly. We both have been blessed with wonderful mothers who were examples of how to live life well. The good memories are wonderful, but like you, I wish I could give a call and hear that loving voice again. And I would love to be able to sit down with a "cuppa" with you!

Oh Sue, I love your silly boys. I'm so glad my "little boy" of almost 60 is still silly and fun to be with.
Your mother was a beautiful woman! Like her daughter. So many times I would love to call my mom too. She went to heaven in 1991. I truly miss her.

Your sons - love the pose - ..sons are great aren't they. Sweet memory of your mom. I, too, have not had a mother present in my life since 1985. She died just before turning 60. We have missed out on so much not having her in our lives.
