A FULL CAMILLA BLOSSOM

Ginny was saying she had never seen a camilla before.

Maybe if she saw the entire blossom instead of just the single petals (previous post) it would be familiar.

The sun is so brilliant this morning and there was a frost warning.

Temperature was 37F. at 9AM.

Now that's cold for the Sacramento, CA area!

If you try real hard you can see the HEARTS that the petals form.

Happy weekend...

I was hoping you would post one! This is stunning, both in shape and color, and I see the hearts! Still have not seen one before though. But I know what to be on the lookout for!

Stunning color. And yes, you CAN see the hint of hearts in the petals.

It's 83° right now. But, by Saturday morning it's gonna drop into the 40s. I'm not looking forward to that at all. Gimme a 60-65° high and I'd be happy as a pig on a mud hole.

Full of hearts - beautiful. it's been cold here also. Next Tuesday should be our first snow in our area.

What a beautiful flower. I didn't know they came in colors. I had only heard of white.
