Thank you for all of your concern for us and the terrible wildfires in our area.
We are safe and the fires are in the foothills not close to us.
The smoke settles down in our "valleys" and is pretty awful.
The wind pattern has changed a bit so the air is fresher today.
Friends of ours have evacuated as a safety precaution...so far their property is ok.
We will certainly keep you updated as we know anything.

I have a very long day today doing my eldercare for my friend.

I can't get over the number of wildfires California is having. I know the smoke must be awful.
