I was thinking about my trip to Uzbekistan way back in 2006.
Here are several photos from that Friday Flashback time.
Their colorful clothing was so interesting to see.
The food was delicious and very full of exotic flavors.
Now the borders are closed and we 3 women on the trip would never be allowed
to be in the country.

Dear Sweet Sue ~ Your adventures amazed me. What a world traveled woman you are. I was thinking I was married before I ever was out of the state of CA.
God has been so gracious to let you see HIS world in different lands, and cultures. He did that because you have a servant heart, and He could trust you to be His ambassador.

Now I'm going to have to look up where that is I don't think I've ever heard that name before. So true you would not be allowed to go there now.
oh i would love to know more about your trip. Three women - it must have been quite an experience being there.
So back then, it was not dangerous? Yes, the clothes are bright and pretty, but would be so hot!
Fascinating place! That was a special trip!
Isn't it just so wonderful to have pictures to refresh the memory of days gone by?
