The photo club I belong to had a challenge this week.
It was to do a "selfie" that showed a bit about who we are.
I found out that selfies are quite difficult for me.
To have my eyes going in the right direction, maybe a smile on my face,
And trying not to look like I was in pain was hard !!!
I don't think I will be doing this too often.. (:0)
This is a stern looking me...

Love it! The sunlight filtering thru, hitting your hair. I think it's a very GOOD selfie. It turned out looking professional in my opinion.

I adore this picture. Now that I see your stern face... I chuckled to myself, and said "Sue, you can run, but you can't hide"..haha. I miss your sweet face. I was looking through some old pictures for my TBT and found all the plums you gave usand my process of making jam. That's seem like an eternity away now.
I agree - selfies are not easy! You did a good job and I like seeing you! The sunlight and the plums frame you beautifully! Have you see the selfie of Martha Stewart going around? She took it as she was in her swimming pool looking up. The phone accidently flipped the camer and she thought - Hey I look pretty good! She is just a little shy of her 79th birthday!!And she does! I accidently get a good one every now and then but mostly I edit mine to soften....
I see more of myself lately when I Facetime with the quads! I draw on my eyebrows and add lipstick and some cheek color, a smudge of eye shadow and a touch of liner and mascara just in case they call me. Exceptfor today! I got my hair cut SO short yesterday! I'm goingto our bee meeting tonight so I am waiting to fix up until it's nearly time to go. Otherwise my face will have melted by then.
I think it is so wonderful that you and Wanda met. I hope in heaven we all can get together and have fun!
Do to your selfie taking photos in the plum tree I went out the first day and got in the hibiscus bush and took four of myself that will be coming soon to a Block near you. I like the other one best but they're both really good

I don't take a lot of selfies, because they always look terrible, in my opinion. Yours looks good to me.

You did great and you look great... selfies are impossible for me! I don’t know how kids do it, seems like they are born knowing how ! I’m impressed you belong to a photo club (and that it is able to meet nowadays)... or is it online? I’ll go back and read your post again, maybe I missed something. Anyway, it’s a great selfie .
well with that sunlight and all - i think it's a cool pic - and I have the same look almost every day while reading social media, FB, twitter, etc.
