GETTING TO THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM
This past week Dave and I have been working really hard.
This tree has "spread it's wings" so to speak.
The roots have gone every which way and are causing so many problems.
I swing a pretty mean hammer too.
Dave and I make a good team, sawing, chiseling and banging around.
Rattling our teeth and giving us blisters.
Project not quite complete.
It's one way to "Shelter in Place"
To Be Continued !!!

Now we wait to hear the moans on tomorrows post when you try to get out of bed in the morning. If you need somewhere else to shelter like this, we have 87 million roots.. Good Job guys..
Hard work! Take care!
I am sure it feels good to get this out of the way.
This really looks like one of those four letter words I'm not fond of...W O R K
Bud and I have been doing our share at home too this week which will be blogged about tomorrow. Our tool of choice has been a screwdiver. Lol
Wow, I saw this on fb and wondered if you took my advice...lemonade and a nap??? hahahaha. You've got more energy than me...All I accomplished this morning was a batch of chocolate chip cookies. Didn't hear the bell, so half the batch are a little over baked. Glad Don like them that way!!
That’s a LOT of hard work! Are you going to take the tree down? Been there. Done that. The tree eventually died from all the root chopping we had to do.
Looks like a hard job!
Oh my, that is one tough project you have there. Good luck!
What a job!!!!
Yikes yes you two sure didn’t have any trouble staying busy in your corner of the “isolation ward.” What a lot of work. I bet you slept well though!
Thanks for linking up and prayers for your son Mark. My brother's name is Mark and he is also an RN :)
It really is nice to tackle some of those jobs like this. My hubby is working on our gutters and downspouts! Always something to do and so much to be thankful for! Take care!
Whoa! You two are seriously challenging some muscles . . . AND Mother Nature's wild side.
