This is my dear friend Josefina from Mexicali Mexico.
We speak limited English together,
But it really doesn't matter, we love each other
and have become heart sisters.
Josefina has become very ill and the doctors can't seem to conquer an infection.
I am praying she will respond to the meds and be back to her healthy self asap.
Her family and all of us need her.
Love you Friend.
