CHANGE OF PACE

I just learned 1 hour ago that my dear friend Josefina just passed away.

My heart is aching.

She leaves behind a lovely daughter Kaylene and a Downs syndrome son

Isai, and her husband Miguel.

Continued prayers for the family.

Josefina loved the Lord and we know she is safe in the arms of the Lord.

I thought I would post a few photos of our Almond tree blossoms.

It means Spring is on the way

Even when it doesn't feel like it!

Hope springs eternal

Through the harbinger of blossoms.

Don't forget to enlarge the photos,

they looks so pretty full sized.

I am so very sorry. Till you, I never even knew almond trees had blossoms. They are really gorgeous, worthy of having just for the blooms alone. How long do they bloom?

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your friend. Yes, she is with Jesus, but the spot she filled here on earth is empty and the pain is very real.Lovely flower images.

My dear Sue: My heart aches for you. I know this has been a special friendship and will difficult to think of life without her. But, as you said, she is in the arms of Jesus, and what a reuion that will be when pain, suffering, death are replaced with life, freedom from sin, and seeing our Jesus, face to face and those we've lost.

Thanks for stopping over. Since you are a no-reply I came here to answer your question about the Oscars. I think they did a great job this year. They actually went by quicker without a host. I think everyone was dressed well and except for a couple of people most everyone left their personal beliefs out when they gave their speeches. I enjoyed them.
