The weeks seem to roll around so fast.
Hubby and I had a really nice time again this weekend.
We started out having a tasty lunch at the Rio City Cafe in Old Town Sacramento.
It was a beautiful warm day to eat by the Sacramento River.
I really like this Pony Express statue in honor of the young boys
making the dangerous journey through Sacramento carrying important papers and news.
We then made our way to Stage Nine Entertainment Store for a Disney event.

A true gentleman and so humble.
It was a delight talking with him and reminiscing about The Mouse Club and NFFC times.
This is Margaret Kerry.
She was the original live model for the creation of Tinkerbelle.
She was so happy to have conversations with her fans.
Another weekend in the books.
I love when I can do these fun things with my best friend.

Wow, Goofy himself! He has such a distinct and..well...goofy voice! And the Tinkerbell model. I am glad to see they are still around and enjoying their fame.
what a fun and different week end you had.. I love Goofy and never really think aobut the people who do the voices.

I didn't really know much about Goofy and Tinkerbell as I grew up in England, didn't ever go to the cinema. So not really part of my memories. Was the Disney event specially to meet these two people?
