thanks for the answer to my question. I can't stand to go out, I don't want to walk or even go from car to business. I am leaving home ONLY when I have a list of things we need. I can't even stand walking early. I think when bob had his stroke a year ago and the melanoma, my stress kicked me into menopause symptoms again. I was past it. but now I am hot even with AC on. it is making bob crazy because he hates ac... and I always did in the past. now it is blasting and the wall says 75 and I am hot, my inner core is hot.

I'd rather drink tea from the teacups than ride them!
