SPRING HAS SPRUNG

We really haven't had enough winter in our neck of the woods.

The trees seem to have forgotten that we need more rain and mountain snow.

This photo is from last year.

I'm not sure we will even get a few buds on our sad trees this year.

The pink flowering plums are beginning to pop out all over.

Our almond tree is doing its thing though.

Its so pretty against the blue sky today.

This is such a beautiful time of year but,

Oh my,

I can feel the ACHOOS coming....

Your tree is beautiful! You have spring allergies?

i have been achooing for several weeks, our temps are so hot, much to warm for Feb... the days are beautiful but our humidity is back and the AC is gonna come on tonight. 82 out side 82 inside and high humidity. record breaking heat for Feb here, like last April broke all records. weather is whacky. i love that almond tree and have never seen one at all. yay for your comment on my post, we are really so close in weight and loss and both deserve pats on the back for hanging in there. mine is 1 year 1 month

I remember living in Hughson where the almond orchards are everywhere. Beautiful white blooms like snow. We have a lot of flowers coming out at the Villa, and the tree off the balcony is not completely full of white blooms. I can feel Spring in my "nose" and the kleenix box...haha.

I am amazed that you have spring blossoms already, but perhaps I say that every year. We are still in deep freeze, although this coming week is supposed to get to above freezing.
