A trip to the Forest Hill cemetery a few month ago
gave me a chance to photograph several monuments.
I really like the expressions and age to them.
Which treatment do you prefer?
Kind of creepy in an artsy fartsy way.
It's sad that there is no family around to do the upkeep on these statues.
I've posted this statue before.
This is just another angle and treatment.
I kind of like the sepia coloring.
To me this one is still called PLEADING.

Oh my, that second one is quite creepy! I love the first one, so beautiful. I think I like the original one the best.
I love to go to old cemeteries and look around. Some of the statues that you can find are absolutely amazing. These are all nice although the second one is a little creepy.
the first two, I love the black and white because it shows the details of the feet and legs and arms, but the color I love because of the shadows. they are really beautiful and I can choose between them. the others are sad and a tad spooky but then they are in a cemetery...
