ABC Wednesday is EBBING and in short supply.
Busy and EMOTIONAL weeks can do that to me.

family.
Things are holding their own. I will certainly let you know when

Is this ELK real or not?
In their day these spats were considered quite ELEGANT.
One can't post the letter E without including ELVIS now and then.
Is this an EXAMPLE of ELEGANT or
Gaudy?

in the last one, i will say just a tad gaudy for me, but i like it. i thought when i saw the Elk he sure is one perfect dude, then i read your comment and now i think he is fake. but beautiful.... and the spats are really cool
Ah yes... Elvis. I used to get Elvis Magazine. Wish I still had all those old copies.
And I think that elk is a fraud!
for me, less is more...too much glitter is a bit gaudy.:p ah, i like the vintage Marilyn & Elvis billboard.
Wonderful post...so ENTERTAINING! My vote is that the Elk is not real...the eyes just didn't look real to me.

Great E-post! I like the sign with Elvis.
Well I would like to meet the Elk in the woods, real or unreal. Elvis is always a useful one for E, I've even used it myself. If that is a bar I think it is de rigueur to be gaudy.

I'm guessing the elk is not real because he looks a tad too well-fed for one living in the wild. I remember seeing elk when we were in British Columbia many years ago.

Love the spats, - my Dad used to wear them, but not quite as gaudy as these natty white ones.
I can't take my eyes off the spats! They look like something from a charming storybook.

When thinking of E's, I can't believe I forgot about ELVIS! My mind is really slipping! When we get around to E again, maybe I'll have some photos from the Elvis Festival coming up in August.

I am one who loved the sparkling light and color of the last photo! It is hard to find the Energy to blog at times when life leaves us struggling a bit, but it is also good therapy too, distracts us a bit from the ups and downs of our daily lives. Wishing you a more gentle week coming up!
