I'm having so much fun looking at the world through the lens of my Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3. I will share my world of Rocklin, California and points North, South, East and West. Come and enjoy with me.

Simply amazing! That would have made a great painting. It's almost as if you can see the beginnings of tornadoes forming? Am I right?
Impressionnant, j'espere que tu n'etais pas dessous
Impressing, I hope that you were not below
Indeed, this is impressive photo with those threatened clouds. That green branches from the right side of the photo took my eye as well; the only colour that can bee seen.
There is nothing quite like the amazing power of the wind. Mother nature has it hands down for sheer raw power. Good photo.
Wow, that's really a great shot... --Make sure you have all your lightning rods in good working order...
i love watching storms roll in....its an especially beautiful sight in the mountains, as it rolls over each mtn range as it approaches.
you captured it well, sue!
I have always been fascinated by storms. They seem to have a beauty all of their own. Nice shot!
What an impressive shot! Had I been there, I'd have wondered if I should go down to the basement! -t roberts
your husband led you to snap them...my husband runs away in the opposite direction when he sees something worth clicking lest i hang there for what he calls an eternity...guess, thats the difference between a relatively new love and an old love .... :D
and yes lovely show by the skies :)
I see your excitement. I do the same when I saw such a thing. Great!
Ten days of super photographs just caught up with. Amazing sky, beautiful scenery and the colour of those mums ... fabulous.
What a shame you don't live nearer - it would be so much better for MY purse if you did!!!

Wow, that's a heavy duty sky there. I can't believe you didn't have it coming down in buckets!
when a storm comes through I admire the moment before it starts
Sorry, I've been away for a while, but thank you for stopping by. It's always lvoely to see you on our blog.

xx
I love photos of the weather. That's quite a sky.
great shot! I've never have seen a storm :)
Great storm shot. I love storms and taking picture around them.
Nice capture...it's a very exciting shot! I'm glad it didn't dump on you too much.
you must have sent it our way -- it has rained all day!
We need the rain here but it hasn't been doing much.
Wer can get storms like that in summer. A few miles away can get dumped on and we get sunshine and of course, it can be the other way also.
that's a very intimading sky!
Stunning pictures. Reminds me of the Central African storm clouds. They arrive from nowhere, dumpt their load of water and disappear as suddenly as they appeared.
I love shots like this, and yours is outstanding!
Hello...beautiful tempestat...
