As we walked around the Fort, I saw this rope hanging under some stairs. I thought the angles and curves of the rope made an interesting composition.

This is a nice composition and is even better looking enlarged. Your camera is capturing a lot of detail and it begs the question if you use a tripod or monopod or does your camera or lens have built-in image stabilization?
Also, thanks for stopping at my 720 pixels blog and for the comments about the mother robin feeding her baby chick a worm.
Add to that the light on the wall that's coming through the stairs. This is great!

Actually, the only moth that does the helicopter flights that also mimics the hummingbird is called, the Hummingbird Moth, which is what I have there on the blog. No other moth does these things. This one is often mistaken for a hummingbird. Anyway. I am amazed at your shots with the camera you are using. It does a masterful job.
