RIDE EM COWBOY
As we walked around the Fort, I saw this rope hanging under some stairs. I thought the angles and curves of the rope made an interesting composition.

How peacefully coloured and in same time glad photo this is. You really have an ability to find "a right corner" for your photos. It`s a great pleasure to look at them. Have a happy day !
This is a nice composition and is even better looking enlarged. Your camera is capturing a lot of detail and it begs the question if you use a tripod or monopod or does your camera or lens have built-in image stabilization?
Also, thanks for stopping at my 720 pixels blog and for the comments about the mother robin feeding her baby chick a worm.
cela me fait penser qu'hier soir il passait a la television "pale rider" le sublime film de cowboy de client eastwood. tres belle photo.
that makes me think that yesterday evening it passed on television: “Pale Rider” sublimates it film of cowboy of customer eastwood. very beautiful photograph.
Thanks again. This time for stopping at the brookville daily photo blog and commenting on the hummingbird moth. Actually, the only moth that does the helicopter flights that also mimics the hummingbird is called, the Hummingbird Moth, which is what I have there on the blog. No other moth does these things. This one is often mistaken for a hummingbird. Anyway. I am amazed at your shots with the camera you are using. It does a masterful job.

Add to that the light on the wall that's coming through the stairs. This is great!

loved the color of the rope..reminded me of one of my neck-pieces.......with beads on it!!
Yeee Haa!!!!
what a fascinating journey through history! I really feel like I'm accompanying you through The Old West-complete with side-arm!
I like the lights coming from in between the stairs too :)
I love the muted colors and the use of shadow and light.

the light and shadows in all these pictures have been so great...i'm really enjoying this series!
A very nice light there!
great light that you always capture.... It's always interesting to stop by your blog.
Nice series. Beautiful photographs along with a great historical perspective!
That's lovely, that rope hanging on the old barn wall, just waiting for a horse. If you go here you can see "the rest of the horse story".
Nice frame! Lovely composition.
Great shot! I like the way the sunlight comes through the stairway along with the rope.
Thanks for the historical perspective.
Holy Smokes Little Lady...you've got a lot of texture in that one little shot.
(Ok, it sounds much more "cowboy" in my head, but you get the picture)
The rope together with the wooden stairs brings and ancient mood to the photo. Great!:)
Reminds me of the rodeos back home....if there's anything I miss from home, its the rodeos. Thanks for the reminder! :)
