Today is sultry and the thermometer will push to 98F.
Too hot for me so I think this is an inside day !
Saturday evening favored us with a magnificent sunset. I caught it just before it was no more.
God sure has the best box of crayons !

SHADOWS:
I think the shadows look like people marching along my patio pavers.
There will probably be the Photo A Day every few days, but I will try to entertain you and myself as well.

98 degrees is pretty hot. It's hot here in Georgia too. This week is a little cooler. It will go back up and stay all summer long. I have to say I love your soft photo - it is soft and beautiful!
I always enjoy your photos. It's been hot here too. Had the AC on, and we have a standup rotating fan at night at the foot of the bed. My back is still an issue, but thankful for Xtra strength meds for muscles. Time will heal it, but ouch, until then. Again, it was so great to hear your and Dave's voice on the phone the other day. We love you and cherish the memories we have made with you and Dave. Hugs.
It's 101 in the backyard. And yep, we're inside. We have our "inside" work to do. Last night we grilled a London broil and it was 99. But we sat in the shade of our trees which is cooler than sitting under our covered patio with the ceiling fan. We were glad to get back inside once our meat cooked.
Love the rain puddle and once you mentioned about the shadows of the tree looking like people marching on your patio, I saw it. My imagination soared. A third dimension??? Freaky.

I only go out for necessary things that have to be done. No playtime outside, the heat makes it hard to breathe and more that 10 minutes and I need another shower. LOVE the Soft, that is perfect. I do see the people shadows, and I always enjoy shadows, of anything that can make one

I so enjoyed your photos today, especially that soft rose. The shadow one is neat too. I remember having to take a 'shadow photo' in a photography class I took at the college. Your sunset photo sure is pretty too. You are creative when taking your pictures, and that really shows when you share them with us.

It is really hot here too. It was in the 90's today and expected to hit 100 tomorrow. Feeling very grateful for my A/C.
