Why is it I'm always trying to catch up with my blog???
I guess I just fall down too many Rabbit Holes looking at things.
Yesterday Dave and I found ourselves deep in the depths of our postcard collections. We have a huge Disney collection and a vintage misc.collection of cards too.
The time just disappeared. I really love all the history involved in all of the cards. Some we will be selling and others I'm just not ready to let go of yet.
So

I do understand about those "rabbit holes" I tend to fall into them frequently, hence, I don't get a lot done around here. But hey...that's what life is all about...living it in ways that we can find enjoyable and meaningful. There will always be work to do, but we need some breaks from the menial to enjoy the sublime! Your Disney cards sound delightful. Is that a pear? That's a neat long stem on it. You know, I bought three pears, and they are taking forever to ripen. The bed bugs picture is cute. I hope you catch up on the things you need to do. Sometimes life can be so busy, and we spend most of our time catching up. ; )

I must have missed the photo challenge... The bed bug photo sure made me laugh!! How neat that you and Dave have a collection of the cards. I can totally understand the sentimental attachment to items that you all have collected. I am assuming your temps are still pretty hot, so what a great way to beat the heat by staying inside and enjoying going through the cards. Hopefully the ones that you decide to sell on Ebay will be prove to be very profitable for you. All of the hugs coming from me here in Texas would be very HOT......101 expected all week here. (((cool hugs)))

It is so easy to fall into those “rabbit holes” online, so you are definitely not alone, Sue. I am sure that looking through the vintage postcards was enjoyable as folks tend to not send them as much now. Cute bed bugs photo and very creative🙂
