Awww ... thank you all so much for your concern for my Dr. appointment.
It was for my annual check up and things went so well. My doctor came to the conclusion that I no longer have diabetes. Which I haven't had for a long time. All of my stats are in line and since I lost over 80 pounds quite a few years ago. I am living the good life now. Its taken years but I am forever grateful.
We had a wonderful time with our Small Group get together last night too.
We laughed so much and got caught up on Life that has happened in the last 4-6 months. So glad we can still be on contact through social media ... But there is Nothing like in person hugs and talking face to face. We have met for the past 14-15 years so we are truly like Family. Distance has never kept us apart for long.
Well, I guess I had better get off the computer and get busy doing "Stuff"... there's always "Stuff".
Do You Know Your Hymns?
Always be Grateful
Always be Kind

Oh how fun. I love your Hymn List....haha covers everything and everyone!! I'm only a few more days away from surgery. Yeah! Love your blog and your faithfulness to it and your friends. Love and Hugs.
Wonderful news about your appointment! At our age, each good one is a huge deal!! Celebrate! I love the hymn thing!
I just read this out loud to Phil and I bet you could hear our laughing a mile away!
Glad you passed your physical. Love the Hymns humor.
ha ha I thought I knew my old hymns. maybe not.... I go for my physical the week after Easter. like you we lost almost exactly the same weight and here we are and might not be if we had stayed the weight we were.
Great news from the doctor's office!
That Hymns list is so funny; I need to share it with Pastor Janet!
I love the hymns list. We have a small group that's been meeting for years too, such a blessing.
Good to hear that report from the Doctor. And hooray for you for the weight loss. I've been doing the same, hard work but worth it!
The list of hymns is so neat and I do know most of them....I was singing one the other day, and in the middle of the song, I kinda forgot some of the words. This is one reason that we need to sing these old songs on a reg basis and let the rewords remain in us. Glad your gathering was full of fun and good fellowship. These are the kind of things that we all need and it's great to fellowship with friends who love the Lord. It is always great to get a good report from the doctor...Congratulations on all of your hard work... So thankful that God has crossed our paths... sweet hugs coming your way.
That is wonderful news from your doctor. Happy to hear that your small group went so well. Honestly I can't say that I know those hymns. Hope you have a nice weekend.
Much, much congrats on keeping the weight off and getting your blood sugar in the right spot. You rock, Sue!
I'm glad to hear you no longer have Diabetes. That's a relief. Sounds like a fun gathering with your friends. That's always nice to get together once in a while and see old faces we love. I will see some of my high school friends in April as well. I hope your weekend is peaceful and pleasant.
wow, great news - you are an inspiration. And sounds like you have fun in your life - so good.
Oh, I LOVE that hymn list! Perfect!!! I was chuckling all the way through. And I am so happy for you that your Dr. appt. went so well and that you are doing so well too! And I love that you have that group of Christian friends that you can enjoy fellowshiping with. That is truly a blessing and gift from God. I miss that. Most of our "old friends" live to far away (or are in heaven), and we just haven't made that kind of connection here, which makes me sad. I can well imagine sitting at your table with your group of friends and feeling right at home. You're my kind of people. (((HUGS)))
That's awesome that you no longer have diabetes. Fantastic news.
Love the hymn list. so clever
