Wordless Wednesday
Even though the title is Wordless Wednesday, I thought I would do a little explaining about my choices for photos.
I like rusty, rugged, textured, colorful, black and white, odd, abstract, etc.
Some things I post really don't have any deep meaning, or perhaps make sense to others. Sometimes it's all about how a shot makes me feel.
I hope you will enjoy a trip into my mind on an occasional Wordless Wednesday.

I love your rusty, ragged, textured, etc. "wordless Wednesday" photo! It certainly captures the imagination and makes one think...I love the old shoe most of all.
Me too Sue!!! These are the things that I love as well. Anything old, any thing rusty and textured, I find to be very valuable. I think I got this from my dad. He loved old things and had them hanging all over his barn walls. These are the things that bring about the sweetness of life. I get inspired each time I read your blog... Makes me Happy, happy!!
Me three! I so want to reach out and into my monitor to stroke that shoe. It took me years to appreciate olden insignificant objects -- which aren't insignificant in the least!

Grubby old boot outside equals hiding place for a poisonous snake.
I agree with you, this is a shot I would have taken MANY SNAPS of.. that boot all by itself is worthy of a dozen pics.. it looks like someone might have made a cast of and old boot, can't tell if its real. Whichever it is I love it and would like to have it.... I love OLD, RUSTY, WORN out things. and old trees especially. the gnarly kind. also love all your photographs
Even if you had given me your list of what to put in it - my photo would never be as beautiful as yours!

I like that old boot. I think you would like that antique shop in Loomis - it has the rusty, rugged, textured, colorful, black and white, odd, abstract, etc. that you appreciate. ; ) I am wondering if it's still open though.
