Can you imagine back when the only means of travel was a horse...riding in the snow and frigid weather? would be difficult for sure. History frozen in motion... Great for a wordless Wednesday. big hugs coming your way Sue.

I love this photo. At first I thought "Pony Express", but I don't see the saddle bags for the mail. But yeah, that was THE way to get around back then. I love this.
