Time seems to be fleeting and I'm madly trying to catch up.
Here's a thought for Wednesday Wisdom.
Wise words from Elizabeth Elliot.
Taking an 180 degree turn ...
Do you remember Trolls? Did you or your kids collect them?
To me they are so "ugly" that they are "cute".
I have 2 Trolls up on eBay right now. I don't even know where we got these, but someone is sure to want them for their collection.
Army guy and the blue mullet Rocker Dude....
I think one of you must NEED these trolls for your shelf !!! 😁
Have a great day.
We have cooler weather today and that makes me happy.
Always be Grateful
Always be Kind

I love the Elliot quote!! No, I never did buy the trolls. Though they were really popular way back when...I wonder if they are worth a lot of money now. Let me know how much you were able to sell them for.
That's how I am feeling about my life right now with all of the medical issues. You have to keep going. I loved trolls. I still have a super tiny one for Halloween. You take care and God Bless.
I love that quote and it is so true. I remember and had some troll dolls. I hope they sell asap.
Good words from Elisabeth Elliot.
My kids had some trolls, and even a troll doll. :)
I remember trolls and troll pencils and pens. I think pens. Not sure now that I say it. But I recall the pencils. Fun!
I remember those trolls. They are cute!
I don't remember owning a troll, but they're adorable. I love that Elizabeth Eliot quote so much; it's going in my treasure box of like-kind gems.
Oh my gosh, yes, I do remember trolls. I had quite a few when I was a kid. I haven't thought about those in years.
I love the Elizabeth Elliott quote. So appropriate for us. And YES, I do remember trolls, and yes, I had some as a kid! I still have one that someone gave me in memory of our son. It is a Tae Kwon Doh black belt Troll with purple hair. Matthew never had purple hair, but he finally earned his black belt when he fought cancer for 4 years, and his Tae Kwon Doh instructor came and awarded him the black belt for his courage not long before he passed away. He had already earned some level, but I forget which, before he got sick. It was a very nice gesture on the part of his instructor. And I appreciate this little troll doll that a friend at church gave me.
I’m having a hard time catching up as well.
One of my favorites of Elizabeth Elliot was “Passion and Purity”
I had a troll when they came out in the 60’s but soon tired of them - passed it down to my sister. They were originally called Dam dolls for the creator.
My boys never liked them - more into sports. I hope you sell them fast.
I totally agree with you Sue.. these little trolls are so ugly that they actually have a way of convincing us that they are cute. Surely, someone needs them for their collection. fingers crossed that you can sell them for big bucks! Wonderful quote!!! I've never sold anything on Ebay...I need to check it out!! Today begins the huge estate sale for my FIL. sure hoping everything in his big home sells. Big hugs to you!!
Thank you for linking up!
Oh my goodness, they are so cute.
When you and Dave used to buy these things you are now selling on eBay, did you buy them for yourselves to enjoy or as an investment to be sold down the road?
Love the quote.
