FRIDAY FLASHBACK

There truly isn't any rhyme or reason to my Flashback today.

I was just going back in my archives and thought these might be of interest.

Two sweet Granddaughters.

Just waiting and wondering when my washing will be done ...

A good word for today.

Always be grateful

Always be Kind

Your two granddaughters are so beautiful! They look like their pretty Grandmother! What a blessing for you to have not just one, but two lovely red-headed granddaughters! I know it's a sin to be envious, so I won't be...but a redheaded baby granddaugther was(is) something that has always been on my "wish list"...but God had other plans and He knows what is best for each of us. I am thankful for the one dark haired grandson that He gave us. I can't help but hope that maybe someday he will present me with a redheaded baby great-granddaughter! LOL. Seriously, a healthy and happy child of any color hair or either gender is a blessing, and I give thanks to the Lord for what He has done for us. I loved the picture of the wringer washer and the lovely pathway. As you can tell, your post stirred up a lot of thoughts for me today, but that's okay...I am thankful and blessed and so are you! Oh, my mother used a wringer washer for many years until we moved from the farm in PA to Florida and finally had a house with normal indoor plumbing and an automatic washer! She still hung the clothes on the line for a long time until she got a dryer too. I'd still love the sheets to be hung on the line, but I don't have a clothesline here and I'm too lazy to put one up now. LOL. Have a lovely weekend my dear friend. You are a joy!

Those little girls are soooo cute! They remind me of the King Sisters' children who used to perform on holiday specials.
