Good morning dear friend. I'm missing our face to face friendship. Always think of you and our wonderful times together. Tahoe, your home, the buffet at the Casino, memory after memory...oh and the apple farm and persimmon farm.....Thank you sweet Sue for being one of my forever friends.
I'm trying to figure out what this is, unusual.
Amen and Amen. Love this Sue..
such a peaceful looking picture on this wordless Wednesday. Where are these rocks located..? Guessing you all are having some wonderful sunshine. We have sunshine today and the Rain tomorrow.
Shug, this was taken last year at the Valley of Fire State Park outside Las Vegas, Nevada, about an hour's drive.
The brilliant red rock formations are a photographer's paradise. Its some of the most amazing scenery on the border of the Mohave Desert I have ever seen.
I have taken a "gazillion" photos every time we have visited.
Actually my older son Steve and his business partner are doing an exclusive photo workshop there next week. Wish I was there too.

Oh, wow!!
Such a beautiful reminder! Gratitude and kindness really go a long way in making the world a better place.
Oh, how beautiful! Those rock formations, not so different than what we used to see in Sedona. The little girl that was me would have loved riding into that scene on horseback and live happily ever after.
Interesting photo - green and lush all the way up to the big red and hard rocks. How does that happen?
Chatty Crone - Sandie, I think that the green and lushness you are talking about is sagebrush and cactus. This is in the edge of the Mohave Desert.
Amazing landscape with all the volcanic rock. I can just imagine the old time cowboys riding into the scene.
