Good Morning !!
My camilla bush is blooming like crazy. Its laid a carpet of bright pink on the ground and offered wonderful goodies for the little birds today. The hummers love it too. Wish I could capture a photo of them as they flit by.
I'm having so much fun looking at the world through the lens of my Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3. I will share my world of Rocklin, California and points North, South, East and West. Come and enjoy with me.

Sorry to read you are still under the weather, Sue, and hope you will be feeling better soon as coughs can be so long lasting it seems. The camellias are lovely and brought back memories of ones on the VA eastern shore where we formerly lived.
WOW!!! I have never seen a Camilla bush! I think we don't have them here. This is amazingly gorgeous!! How inspiring to be able to look outside and see this. Yes, cookies are definitely called for. Warm; straight out of the oven. I agree with the raisin cookie comment! Yuk!
It looks so beautiful. Sorry you still are not feeling your best. Yes, bake some cookies. Take care.
I understand that meme!
Are you saying those beautiful red flowers from the tree are right now?
Nothing like that here.
I have heard others say the cough that accompanies that is lasting forever.
So sorry.
That last meme still makes me chuckle.
How your pink petals dazzle! They remind me of the bougainvillea's that used to grow in Phoenix ... but what a nuisance when they landed in the pool, nearly choking the filter.
Hope you're feeling much better soon!
The camilla bush is gorgeous. I used to have a lot of them years ago in San Mateo. They get messy though. My son has a beautiful one in his yard. Definitely a pleaser!
I’m sorry you still have the lingering effects from what you had. Coughs seem to be the last symptom that leaves.!
Cookies should do the trick though!
Bummer...that old bug just keeps hanging on!! I think the carpet of pink flowers would make a lovely Wedding backdrop. There are a lot of camilla bushes here in the complex but I haven't seen any blooms yet...guess I need to take a walk around the place. I love oatmeal raisin...but the Cookie Kids that come to my door really want the chocolate chip!!! We all have issues...hahaha.
That bush is gorgeous. Sorry about the ickies. I agree that cookies are called for.
