I am so thankful for God's promises.
At dinner yesterday we were talking about the condition of our world
and "Our World" that surrounds us locally.
This hymn came to mind and I think it says it all.

On Christ the solid rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand. Happy Thankful days 19 and 20
I've never seen an anchor like this. It looks to be made out of wood.
We certainly need an anchor these days!
