Well this weekend has been something else.
Yesterday 106F.
Today (Sunday) 109F.
Tomorrow is suppose to be 110F !!!
Talk about feeling wilted, but then my Granddaughter Lauren texted me from her home in Las Vegas... Are you ready for this?
116F. and she says it feels like 120F... All I can say is UGH !
I think I need some ice cream !
It is National Ice Cream Day today ...

Just as hot here in central Texas! I'm trying SO hard to keep our yard watered...but the searing heat seems to be winning!

you and your grandaughter are living in an oven, we are living in a sauan steam room. it is really hard to walk Beau. His tongue was dragging the ground the past few days, we take 20 minutes to walk 1/2 what we were walking. slow and easy and that is before sun up.
We have been around 100 degrees. Try to stay cool if you can. I think it's going to be another hot summer.
We complain about the equivalent of 102 F. Ugh…Stay cool, you two.
Those temps are actually scary! Stay inside!!! (I know you don't need my advice). We have a sister living in the Phoenix area and I don't even like to think about that!
You poor things. We have seen some pics on TV of the heat in US and Europe. We are enjoying sane temperatures here in winter. Putting a wet towel around your neck helps.
Gotta say, except for this last brutal winter, i'm so glad i moved up higher. We still had warm temps in mid 90's when yours were going on. And that was way too warm.
