Yesterday was such a special day.
Our Granddaughter Amanda graduated from William Jessup University.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Liberal Arts degree in Education.
We are popping our buttons for her accomplishments.
One of the best parts is her being hired as a full time teacher this fall.
This came before she had finished her student teaching at the same school she will be teaching at. Amanda will have a class of 6th graders at John Adams Academy.
Newlyweds, new job, lots of changes but it is all in the Lord's hands.
View of the audience from the platform..not taken by me...
Amanda and her husband Billy. 21 more days until their first anniversary.
Proud Grandparents for sure.
Awesome photo her Dad Steve, took of her at home.
Her expression shows such confidence and that she is ready to take on the world.

Oh Sue, I'm busting my buttons with you!!! How marvelous that we get to live long enough to se grandchildren being blessed by God and beginning their careers and life! You granddaughters are so beautiful. Makes me miss my "red" hair.
I can't wait till May 22 when another one of our grandsons is getting married. Yeah, I get another granddaughter.
You know you and Dave as Don and I have been through many trials and sorrows but I love Andre Crouch's song "Through it All" ...I've learned to trust in Jesus, I've learned to trust in God, I'm learned to depend upon His Word!. I listen to that song on my phone quite often!!
I also put it in my "Treasure Chest" of verses and songs.
Oh how I wish we could be together...In God's time, maybe it will happen!!!
