I truly can't believe that a house full of photographers didn't take a single photo for Thanksgiving.
We had a wonderful meal and a pleasant time together.
It was only our older son Steve and his wife, Sigrid and our friends Lynne and Karen.
The fun thing was our Zoom...Facetime ...call with our younger son Mark and his family.
Sometimes we just have to flex and make the best of the way life is.
God is good and we are thankful.
I'm posting a photo of our leaves in the front yard (from last year)
It's actually the same look this morning. Its raining leaves all over the place.
I will call this #25 of my 30 Days of Thanksgiving.

We didn't take many pictures either this year, except for a couple of the new baby.

Fall is such a beautiful season. Love the sun and shadows. We had a marvelous Thanksgiving, and my dearest was able to have a baby dedication for little Daniel with the whole family. Blessings on top of blessings.
I didn't take as many as I thought I did but Summer and Amber sent me theirs so I am working on a journal post right now. I think we had 30 people!
One time we were lucky to afford a phone call to family on special occasions. Times have changed for sure. FaceTime is wonderful!
Your yard looks spectacular to me. Zoom is the next best thing to being personally there and better than what we had when my mom was alive
It is far more important to focus on time spent with family and friends than taking photos (sorry for the bad pun). The fact that you enjiyed good food and good company is what made the 🦃 special.
