So happy to have my Dave home and I see the baby steps of progress each day.
Together, we have gotten him out of the hospital bed and into the wheelchair.
He was finally able to wheel himself to the patio door and see
what's left of the culprit that broke his leg.
I find it encouraging for him to be up a bit.
Changing positions makes a big difference on his attitude, among other things.
The in home physical therapist comes today...
Let the FUN begin !!
One Day at a Time.

the therapy will NOT be fun but it does work... good luck for him and for you
I can certainly empathize with you both. All in all, again for both of you, there's no place like home!!!
I love this picture of Dave, as I have looked out that some door. He looks good, like he lost some weight. Missed your cooking.
So glad he is getting some home therapy.
Yes, this is a whole new ballgame!! But you are both warriors and and I'm sure you will make it work. God is your strength, and new mercies every morning. Love you so and pray you stay healthy and don't do too much. Let others help you.
You are doing well! It is good to see Dave again. Take care!
It may be a slow journey, but together you can do this.
It is great that he is making improvement!
Oh my! I'm way behind in my blog reading, and had no idea Dave broke his leg. Glad he is home and making progress.
Glad to hear he is home and looking out the window at the sunshine.
Glad to hear he is home. I know you are both so glad. Therapy is hard, but needed for a full recovery. One day at a time is the best way think about it. Thanks for linking up.
