Day number 7 of my month of Thankfulness...
I am truly thankful for the many places I have traveled, both in the U.S. and abroad.
I am grateful for the chance to meet and enjoy people from all over the world.
Here is my " Thankful Photo" from the Boomtown area of Nevada.
Thankful for the pioneers willing to establish homes and create history that I can learn from.
Enjoy your weekend.

Not only learning from those pioneers, but America was settled out west where now a lot call home! And, by the way, we are thankful to have you as a friend!
I agree with Annie I am thankful to have you as a friend also. I too am thankful for all those who went before for my parents are for their parents and for their parents before them for my great-grandfather who died at Shiloh
What an unusual looking cemetery! Also, it looks like sagebrush is growing amid the graves. I am guessing it is very old.
Thanks for sharing these pictures.
Great photos, Sue. Pioneers were such hardy souls. We Owen them so much.
The US has so many beautiful places to see!
