GOD'S PROMISE

Some days my heart is hurting.

This week friends have lost loved ones.

My friend found out her 23 year old son has cancer.

Alzheimer's is slowly taking my dear friend.

Praying for the Peace that passes all understanding to fill ALL of our hearts.

You say "Praying for the Peace that passes all understanding to fill ALL of our hearts."...indeed, I hope we ALK are asking for hope, peace & love for mankind. Ps...the name of the flowering bush (the one with white balls?)...it's a button bush

It is my belief that we are paying more notice to the bad things because the world is rocking and rolling. even little things and the big things like friends with cancer just knock us down....

I pray for your friend - I have some issues I wonder about too. Life can be hard.

Some of these things are so hard for us to understand. I praise God that I can trust Him, even when I don’t understand.

Things can really be dark these days. But there is always something to be thankful for.....even when our hearts are breaking for our friends and family. Our oldest relative on my mother's side is in a nursing home and I pray it won't be for long before she can return to her daughter's house. My sister, Deanie has dementia (Although I don't talk about it on my blog) and that is breaking my heart. Another friend is in a home after being diagnosed with schizophrenia. Another sister (Luann) is not at peace.....so many burdens on our hearts and I join you in prayer for yours. You are a light for all the world to see and you shine beautifully. I so admire that about you....
