MORNING DEVOTION
Hi All,
This morning I was moaning to my Hubby about this whole CoronaVirus thing,
and the loss of some income we count on for our bills.
Then I sat down and had my devotions.
Here's what "Jesus Calling" had to say:
Tomorrow is busy worrying about itself; Don't get tangled up in its worry-webs.
Trust Me one day at a time.
Matthew 6:34 in the Message....
" Give your entire attention to what God is doing right now, and don't get worked up about what may or may not happen tomorrow. God will help you deal with whatever hard things come up when the time comes."
Thank You Lord for speaking so clearly to me this morning.

This is something we all need to do, but is so hard right now. Your photo is hauntingly beautiful!
I love that verse, so true. many times in the past, I would read My Daily Bread and that day the verse that was printed a year before was perfect for that day. just like this for you today. I got tangled in the web a little after midnight last night. I woke to potty and while trying to go back to sleep I realized it was stone cold QUIET. like the world outside was dead. no tire noise, no planes no midiight bar people going home, no motorcylces blasting up and down, and my eyes filled with tears and I thought this might be the end of us all. but I was fine when I got up
We find the answers when we need them.
Beautiful, thank you for sharing and Amen!
WONDERFUL THOUGHT - THANK YOU.
He is always there when we need a word. Glad you had your word from Him this morning. I just listened to our Pastor who is doing a series now on how to abolish anxiety. Good message on line. Christ Community Church, West Covina, "sermons"
thank you for sharing this. I have been feeling stressed the last couple of days. I know that God has this all in His hands and under His control, but the human in me gets stressed.
I needed to hear this today as well. I am feeling stressed and depressed and really struggling to find some joy. I just got insurance so that I could go to the dentist and now I am unable to go.
Love the photo.
We all need to practice "social distancing" in other words stay away from each other and don't be stupid. Wash hands. Use face masks. Stay at home if you are sick. Only go to the hospital if you really need to. We can get through this crisis, but we all have to do it together.
If praying helps, then do it.
that was Great to read ...so many are now posting inspiring words thank you.
How wonderful to spend time with your devotions every day. That helps us to understand how to live our lives....day by day! Hugs!
Amen and amen. Reading your words bolsters my determination to keep trusting and praying for family and friends, both local and blogging.
