FLASHBACK FRIDAY

I'm going to post just a few photos again from my husband's and my humanitarian mission trip.

Kenya in 2009.

These are especially for my friend Beverly, as she will be going there in a few more days.

Here's hoping her housing isn't as "rustic" as ours was.

Actually we loved our home out in the Bush.

The kids there will just melt your heart!

Real life on our safari

These guys were really huge and their grunts could be heard for miles.

This young giraffe was so beautiful and curious.

Thanks for looking.

It's always fun to have a "Flashback".

WE ARE SURE BLESSED TO LIVE HERE - AREN'T WE?
What a nice thing for you and your husband to do.
Were you ever in any danger from the beautiful animals?

This Linda has to say "ditto" to the previous Linda's comment. Determination, perseverance and passion for sharing Jesus's love near and far! Still amazing.

I am sure that was a fantastic experience. A world that most of us only hear about or read about online.

Great timing Sue....we just watch "Legend of Tarzan" and all the beautiful wild animals. How great you got to see them up close and personal. Your photo's are lovely.

We are still walking the tightrope...starting a new medicine Monday...pray it will get rid of some of this water....Every day is another opportunity to trust the Lord in new ways, and not give up!!
