Yesterday was such a warm and bright shiny day.
I sat out on our patio and read for a bit.
The first "Sit" of the year....
As I gazed up into the trees around me
I saw so much new life...in many different shades of green.
What a restful, gorgeous day....
Today....
Gray and the weatherman says rain by this afternoon.
I'm so glad I could enjoy the sun while it lasted.

I love to sit in the yard and stare up at the sky and trees and new green. our swing is broken, I used to swing and watch nature

Yes, spring gives us so many varied types of weather. Have to seize the moments that are warm and sunny.
What? more rain! Glad you were able to enjoy the sunshine and the new life coming out. We are in the middle of Tree Trimming here at the Villa and I hate it....my wonderful shade tree will be cut back and they are not careful about doing it gently. Thanks goodness it doesn't take long to grow back. I'm glad they trim harshly in the parking lot, as our car is always covered with dust and leaves. I told the men trimming the side of our unit to be careful of the one pine tree as it had a bird nest in it. So he just trim the edges. Yeah!!
I love a good sit, too! We must grab them when we can. Sometimes it's just a few minutes and other times I like to linger long.

we got 1/2 inch today, better than none, hoping for more in a few days... we need a FL downpour
