At last the tree is up and the lights are up outside.
The older we get
And fighting some bugs
Things just don't get done like they used to.
NOW Christmas can come....

it really is a stunning tree, i love it. i am partial to white lights and icicles and i love your icicles... gleaming and glowing, your tree is knowing it's beginning to look a lot like Chrismtas

i am also grateful to your doctor for telling you and you telling me how to lose weight and what to do to keep our sugar down. mine is at 99 and has been the last 2 times. i thank you for telling me about your plan and i am thankful it is working for me. that said it is TUFF but then you know that. i don't have it as hard as you do because we don't go to things where they serve food, as in parties and get togethers. that would be really tuff
