Last night we had a delightful dinner with some good friends.
I was given the most beautiful bouquet of sunflowers.
They just brighten up our room exactly the way our friendship does.
Today is truly a Sunshiny Day.

Flowers are always a special treat and so delightful to receive.
These are really stunning!!! The first one looks dyed, but I think it is a real variety.
Sunflowers are so gorgeous. Not only are they a beautiful sunny gold, they are virtually tough and indestructible and so solid! And they provide food for the wild creatures.... and for us!
