This sweet little 6 year old is Yiamat.
She is a Compassion child my husband and I have
begun sponsoring.
Yiamat is from the village we lived in for 2 weeks
back in 2009, when we went to Namuncha, Kenya.
We are thrilled to be able to give her, through our monthly
pledge, health care, education, and vocational training.
Her parents, (which she is fortunate to still have) will
be provided income-generating activities and health education.
Yiamat lives in an Aids-affected area.
Her parents are sometimes employed as farmers and are very needy.
We loved being involved with these beautiful Maasai people and our
hearts are thrilled to be able to help her and her family out for
only $38.00 a month.
Its a small amount with huge benefits.
