SPLASHES OF FALL
Fall is trying really hard to finally make its appearance here in the California foothills. Its such a beautiful time of year even without the definite seasons like so many of you have. Have a wonderful weekend.
I like those golden leaves all around the tree. Your photo is great especially when is enlarged. I can see clearly the texture of the bark which looks interesting. The roots on top of the ground look impressive; it is interesting how twists and turns they are.
I have a passion for photography. I use my Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX3, so come with me and see Rocklin, California and points North, South, East and West.

I have a friend living down near LA that really misses the fall color we have here in Washington. So glad you get to enjoy a little color too!
Lovely colors...I like the tree roots.
Sunny :)
indeed wonderful colors
avec les racines dans la terre, cela donne une superbe photo automnale
with roots in the ground, it gives a beautiful autumn photo
Love this time of year with all the colors.
Hey, that's a nice one...
Great photo. I love the 'fingers' of the roots :)
Very beautiful. My hubby took a similar photo some time ago which this reminded me of.
All the leaves are off my front trees.. but not the ones in the backyard.. of course some of these sights only God can create :)
It looks pretty splashy and colourful to me. Lovely shot.
Those colors, I am smitten by all this beauty!
