PEAR BLOSSOM
Our pear tree is now blooming. I can't wait for the sweet juicy fruit to come. Enlarging this picture will show more detail.
I love this shot, Sue. Good detail, perfect exposure. white is white as it should be. We have apples on my tree but they are mostly for birds for now. I could save same GN (green one) for baking or some. Wait for bit and show us your wonderful fruits.
Oh, how beautiful close-up photo you have taken of such a lovely pear blossom. I can understand your impatience to get the first fruits. I hope you will share it with us through your photos. I wish you a good crop this year.:-)
Oh, now I am envious!!! It`s snowing today - again and still. This "Global Warming" - indeed. Two years ago I took a photo about crocuses and a butterfly on them this time, now no free ground anywhere, weathers are so different every year here.
Have a beautiful weekend with your flowering trees, we will get them in a future :)

nice spring colour, superb flower
Hey, that's a super shot... Lots of detail in the shadows... Love how you made it into more of a square than the usual rectangle...
beautiful. My Bradford (flowering) pear is just starting to get buds. It won't get fruit though.
I can practically smell it. Lovely shot.
very cool !
have a great weekend
So pretty Sue. I miss my photo a day! :)
I wish we still had a pear tree. You are right about the good juicy fruit. In fact as I type this my mouth is watering.
Thanks for visiting and commenting. You might want to take a look at my gobsmacks blog when you have time.
The blossoms form and colour are fantastic.
What a beautiful, intricate flower Sue! - Dave

oh that is beautiful!
How beautiful that blossom is!
I don't like pears but I live the blossom!
what a beautiful blossom! You got a great shot. Peach jam? Nah, more fun to eat fresh.
Spectacular on so many levels!
Lovely crisp shot.
Our orange trees are "going to town" with blossoms. Just stepping outside, we're immersed in heavenly orange blossom smell.
Do pear blossoms smell nice?
